Home sellers who choose this option will get our full marketing services and will be provided with all documents the State of Florida requires for a home sales transaction with guidance by us to fill them out in complete. The home seller under this program will be doing the leg work, answering calls, meeting buyers, negotiating all offers and communicating with all parties involved in a sales transaction.
This program is not for you if you live outside the area.

This program is not for you if you don't want to show people your home, or meet a home inspector, or meet the buyer's property appraiser and so-on.

The Co-Broke system (splitting commissions between buyer and seller agents) that’s been in place for decades has been disrupted due to the US court’s decision against NAR August 2024. As real estate professionals we have to abide by this change as it is law, and why we are offering different programs for home sellers. We think Co-Broking is the best home sales system in the World and we highly recommend our 6% Co-Broking program split with the one of the 5,000 + real estate professionals out there who have qualified buyers looking for homes near the Disney area daily. If you choose this 2% option and it doesn’t work out as well as you like, you can up-grade to another option at any time by just letting us know.
We will not be paying a buyer's agent from our 2%.

Mickey Homes has 1st page web presence on Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines. Their logos are seen locally with billboards, a commercially wrapped van, trailer & Bus plus all of the For Sale Signs scattered around. Your home will be seen by buyers.
Photography
If you are on either the 4% or 6% program your home will be seen by the world looking its best because Jane has professional photographers at her finger tips to snap the best shots, she’ll set up the photo session and it will be no cost to you.
No 2 Houses are the same
Proper valuation determines how long the home stays on the market. Jane knows the Disney area market and she does her research extensively to spell your home’s valuation out in clear language so it can be understood. If a home sits on the market for too long, it becomes a red flag to buyers and their agents.
No IRS Penalties
There are a lot of UK and Canadian 2nd home owners near Disney World. Jane & Alan are experts at foreign national home sales.
