We’ve been offering this home walk through service for $60 a month since 2009 and we’ve never raised our price because of area density.

We are hands on and personal, we never sub-contract out our services like others, just Alan or Jane checking on your 2nd home.
We walk your home every 5-9 Days, flush the toilets and run water in all interior receptacles every other visit to prevent dry-drain that harms plumbing.

1) We walk your home every 5 - 9 Days
$60 Monthly
Florida has tropical weather that passes through now and then and sometimes unexpectedly. Because it is Central Florida and not the Coast it doesn’t get as nearly drastic as what is seen on the news but ADT won’t pick up those branches and bring in loose outdoor items that can cause damage.
2)Take a random pic every visit
$60 Monthly
We take a picture every visit and email it to you with a short memo the same Day, most of the time it’s a random picture and the same old boring sentence “Everything was fine at the house today” But if we see something that should be addressed in time we’ll take a pic of it, suggest a solution and a trusted contractor. If it is urgent we will call you immediately.
3) Pre & Post storm check
$60 Monthly
Florida does have hurricanes pass, most of the time it’s the coastal areas that get hit but sometimes it makes it’s way into Central Florida with winds not nearly as strong as what is seen on the news but strong enough to move loose objects outside of the home or knock down tree branches. We pre-check on our homes before they hit, bring in items and post-check after they pass.
A good neighbor in the old days before cell phones and internet helped when you ask them to, things have changed but we are here to fill that void.
4) We surrounded ourselves with good people

Your A/C coils need to be cleaned, the roof needs to be replaced, the pool heater needs repair, the dishwasher isn’t working correctly, you want a room painted, the wife wants a good hair-dresser or a good Italian Restaurant. We’ve been here since 2003 so we know stuff.
5)(DIY) WILL Never buy tools again

Do it yourselfers are capable and most enjoy doing small home projects themselves. We have a tool truck full of tools for our 2nd home owners to use whenever they are in town. We wrapped the truck with our real estate info so we are more than thrilled to drop the truck off in front of your home to use the tools at your own pace while giving us some free advertising in your neighborhood.
