What We Do

You bought a 2nd home next to Disney to enjoy it, not to worry about it when you are away.

Alan will walk your home every 5-9 days to make sure everything is fine.

Every visit he will take a random picture to show you he stopped.

He will email you the picture with a short note letting you know everything was ok.

If he see's a problem he will take a picture of it, suggest a solution and if it's major he will call you right away.

We have the best contractors with direct pricing if you ever need one.
