Change it is, so we’re adapting by offering a flexible commission structure to better fit different home seller’s needs while these changes take shape.

If you don't mind answering calls from potential buyers or their agents, meeting with potential buyers or their agents to show your home, negotiate with buyers or their agents directly, letting the home inspector in, letting a bank appraiser in, communicating with the closing agency, communicating with the buyer's mortgage broker and so-on while we provide the marketing of your home, this program might be right for you.

This commission structure is a full service real estate model where we will take all calls from potential buyers or their agents, meet with the buyers directly, have a certified lock box on the home if an agent has a buyer who wants to see your home and willing to pay that agent's commission. We will meet inspectors, appraisers, communicate with the buyer's lender and closing company while keeping you updated.

This commission structure is a full service real estate model where we do everything the 4% model does, but in this model the thousands of buyer's agents who work the Disney area will get paid 3% of the 6% to encourage them to show your home under the decades old co-broke system. We split the commission because the agent who executes a solid contract with you will do half of the work. The Co-Broke System will bring more buyers to see your home.

Jane knows the Disney area market and she does her research extensively to spell your home’s valuation out in clear language so it can be understood.
