Even though builders have sales representatives onsite in their model homes, it doesn't mean they see a lot of traffic. They Built it but..

They are not going to furnish it for you; they are not going to help you pick out an un-bias property management company who is best for you, they are not going to suggest the best way to market your new home for you, their contractors only work for them so if you want new lighting or walls painted a certain color or have a games room or a theatre room designed for you don't ask them. Sharing the wealth
