When you walk into a car dealership, they give you the advertised promotions but not the manufacturers kickbacks, in new home sales, the builder is the manufacturer, and we know all of the incentives.

They Built it but..

They are not going to furnish it for you; they are not going to help you pick out an un-bias property management company who is best for you, they are not going to suggest the best way to market your new home for you, their contractors only work for them so if you want new lighting or walls painted a certain color or have a games room or a theatre room designed for you don't ask them.
