Over the coming decade, the project is anticipated to generate 30,000 jobs and yield an economic impact exceeding $7 billion.
Alan spent nearly 9 months with a family from Atlanta meeting with architects, designers, builders and grounds designers to have their 25,000 square foot custom home built in Lake Nona Estates. During that time they had multiple lunches at the clubhouse where Alan saw 4 top 10 Golfers, an active NFL player, an active major league baseball pitcher and other sports pros he doesn’t follow having lunch like normal people because they live there. Lake Nona Estates is his favorite gated community, if you want to see it he’s more than willing.
