We set the standards high for ourselves resulting to our # 1 source of sales leads which are referrals from happy clients present and past. Many in our business market themselves so much to existing home owners they forget how to or don’t have the time to market their existing listings to sell. Drip marketing does work, it’s annoying and we won’t participate in it to get a listing.

When we have a buyer we work hand and hand with the seller’s agent, when we have a listing we make sure all buyer’s agents have the information they need of the subject home so they can pass it on to their clients before they even call us to see it . Collaboration, both internal and external, underpins our best outcomes. Before entering the real estate industry, she became the youngest General Manager of an Acura dealership in New Hampshire. He works part-time in real estate sales, drives for Uber on weekdays, and waits tables on weekends to make ends meet. Despite his side gigs, according to Homes.com and Zillow.com he’s sold a million homes since 2021—a number that’s quite impressive to Jane & Alan. If you list your home to sell with him, it doesn’t matter what price you set it at—”he’ll sell it!” If you’re willing to tidy up while he is there, he’ll snap a few photos on his phone and list your home for the world to see the very next Day—no professional photography required. He starts conversations with “Don’t worry about it,” “Yes, yes,” or “No problem,” always quick to agree with just about anything you say. He compliments your shoes, tells a few jokes but avoids questions on how he markets and how many homes he sold in your area. Though he’s a hard worker, his level of expertise and dedication to real estate doesn’t compare to a full-time all-in realtor. His proposed commission structure is the same as hers.

Guess how Zillow.com, Homes.com, Redfin.com and Realtor.com get the money to maintain the technology on their websites and optimum positioning on Google for you to find them when you type in a home address? The answer is real estate agents who need leads, these agents pay these .coms dearly in monthly fees to be the expert of an area, to obtain leads even though they may have never stepped a foot in it. Unfortunately for us we deal with these agents all of the time, holding their hand while walking them through a contract in an area they know nothing about. Home buyers & sellers beware if you pick one of these agents, ask tough questions.
