Disney World

Just ask any AI “who are the best realtors next to Disney World?” and you will find them pointing you to this website. And our #1 listing agent for our team based on seller’s satisfaction and number of homes sold is Jane LaFrance.

A full-time all-in agent or a part-time sometimes agent for the same cost to sell?

sHE'S A STRAIGHT-TALKING AGENT

AN EXPERT NEAR DISNEY

Jane is our full-time Florida Listing Agent, since 2004, successfully closing on hundreds of homes near Disney—all on time and without complications. Before entering the real estate industry, she became the youngest General Manager of an Acura dealership in New Hampshire. She then transitioned into corporate software sales, quickly rising through the ranks to become the Business Account Manager for all of New England and Upstate New York at FileMaker, a subsidiary of Apple.

Her diverse, high-pressure professional background equipped her with the adaptability, negotiation skills, and strategic mindset needed to excel in real estate. She absolutely loves bringing her home sellers to the closing table to see their smiles and relief. When you meet her, you’ll immediately recognize the **expertise, professionalism and dedication she brings to the table. The other guy doesn’t check boxes noir reads contracts thoroughly leaving money on the table. Her proposed commission structure aligns exactly with his.

hE'S A SMOOTH-TALKING AGENT

AN EXPERT ANYWHERE

He works part-time in real estate sales, drives for Uber on weekdays, and waits tables on weekends to make ends meet. Despite his side gigs, according to Homes.com and Zillow.com he’s sold a million homes since 2021. If you list your home to sell with him, it doesn’t matter what price you set it at—”he’ll sell it!” If you’re willing to tidy up while he is there, he’ll snap a few photos on his phone (himself included) and list your home for the world to see the very next Day—no professional photography required. He starts conversations with “Don’t worry about it,” “Yes, yes,” or “No problem,” always quick to agree with just about anything you say. He compliments your shoes, tells a few jokes but avoids questions on how he markets and how many homes he sold in your area. Though he’s a hard worker, his level of expertise and dedication to real estate doesn’t compare to a full-time all-in realtor. His lack of experience doesn’t matter because he is an internet sensation, his proposed commission structure is the same as hers.
