This commission structure is a full service real estate model where we do everything the 4% model does, but in this model the thousands of buyer's agents who work the Disney area will get paid 3% of the 6% to encourage them to show your home under the decades old co-broke system. We split the commission because the agent who executes a solid contract with you will do half of the work. The Co-Broke System will bring more buyers to see your home.
