We’ll have pro-pictures taken at our cost, communicate with the title agencies and buyer’s mortgage broker and provide a secure lock box. This program is full service.

This program does not align with the real estate co-broke system.
This is a reduced commission full-service program where we deal with you and buyers who saw our marketing of your home directly as transaction brokers. This is not a co-broke program; we will not be paying a buyer’s agent out of our 4% commission, however we are obligated to present all offers to you including ones from buyers agents who will have in their offers they present a document for them to be paid a compensation, it will be up to you whether you wish to take that offer or not. The Co-Broke system (splitting commissions between buyer and seller agents) that’s been in place for decades has been disrupted due to the US court’s decision against NAR August 2024. As real estate professionals we have to abide by this change as it is law, and why we are offering different programs for home sellers. We think Co-Broking is the best home sales system in the World and we highly recommend our 6% Co-Broking program split with the one of the 5,000 + real estate professionals out there who have qualified buyers looking for homes near the Disney area daily. If you choose this program and it doesn’t work out as well as you like, you can up-grade to the 6% co-broke program at any time by just letting us know.
