The ducks may never line up

Timing may never be better

You never know what lies in the future

Back in 2010 Alan had a very nice couple from Wisconsin who loves Florida, especially Orlando because of the theme parks. They both had good jobs, they had a good saving, in their 50s with 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. In 2010 the price of a 4 bedroom pool home was in the low $200s which was very affordable to them and why they reached out to Alan to start the conversation on buying one. When they reached out for the first time they wanted to hold off for a bit to put more money down, a year later they decided to hold off a little longer to see if the interest rates were going to drop again. Another year passed but now the prices were close to $300k, so they decided to hold off to see if the news was correct where the economy was going to slow, it did but didn’t affect the home prices nationwide. 7 years later in 2017 the husband became sick and passed away, Alan was very saddened by it because they had such nice conversations by phone and email like they were pen-pals. Alan was told by this nice couple when they come to Orlando with their family they spend between $2,000 – $4,000 for travel, hotels, food and theme parks for a 7 – 10 Day stays and they did this 2 – 3 times a year. Everybody has a reason to do or not do something, if you wait for everything to line up perfectly it may be too late.
